A church I work for as their audio video director. My job is to make their social media and streams be as attention grabbing as possible, and to make custom announcement graphics and animations for Vacation Bible School, announcements, series bumpers, and animated logos.
This is a bumper I made for North Fort Worth Baptist Church. I used their logo’s top, which was designed to look like the front of the church as the beginning as the words “Extending hope together” fall above it to a jingle I composed. Then the camera pans out to the rest of the logo.
Animated intro
This is an animated bumper I made for NFWBC.
The jingle in the video was also made and played by me.
Jesus’ Primer on Prayer
A video that was commissioned by North Fort Worth Baptist Church. This was used as a bumper video for a series on how Christians should pray to God. The videos animated text is the LORD’s prayer from Matthew 6:5-13 ESV (English Standard Version). They wanted multiple to see which one they liked best.

Coin Game
These were made for a donations contest between a group of elementary boys and girls. These were used at the end of each day to show which group was winning to try and encourage more donations. The donated funds go to missions work or a local school depending on who we’re helping that year.
Video Game theme
Twists & Turns VBS
This was inspired by the Mario party games, and RPG games I use to play. The music they dance to is Mario Kart Wii victory lap, the Coin collection sound in from Super Mario Bros, and the Stage Clear is from Super Mario 3D Land.
Beach Treasure theme
Break Rock Beach VBS
This was inspired by every kids dream to dig up buried treasure at the beach. The music is a cover of the Sea of Thieves title screen music played by Annie Hurdy Gurdy, and the victory music is from the Sea of Thieves game.
Animated announcement
These are some announcement slides I’ve made for North Fort Worth Baptist Church. The idea behind these were to make them more noticeable than the still ones.
VBS Early bird meeting
The post-it note is a meeting announcement. I wanted to make something that looked like a reminder note that someone might have hung or posted in their office.
Social media ad
The social media animation is remnant of a monitor turning on with an information bar at the top and bottom of the screen have the message scrolling “Follow us @NFWBC”. While in the middle four social media icons appear. They are the church website, YouTube channel, Rumble channel, and Facebook page.
AV team recruitment ad
The idea of this animated slide is to look like an old computer similar to Tron or The Matrix. With the image and text having pixels to give it a retro and nostalgic look.
Upwards Sports 5:00 minute countdown
This was a countdown for North Fort Worth Baptist Churches Upwards sports award ceremony.
I blurred the footage then added the numbers with a color dodge effect to make them stand out and give them a glassy look.
House on the rocks
This is a moving background that I was hired to make. I added in the house and the rock it’s on.
This was made for a North Fort Worth Baptist Church to use in their Sunday morning worship song lyrics.
AV Team T-Shirts
These are t-shirts I designed for the NFWBC volunteer AV team. I wanted to capture each job in the image, so I workshopped several versions before settling on the file one.

Thumbnails & Announcements

The picture is one I personally took. I wanted something that looked like a court the kids had played on, but all the online photos were of NBA or badly taken school courts. I borrow a camera, went to the church court, got an Upwards ball and pompoms, snapped the photo, then added the cartoon characters.

This is for a traditional service, so I designed it to be easy to read and quick to understand what it is about. The cursive font along with the musical notes give it that classy feel.

I made this to advertise life groups in the church with images to give a preview of what the different age groups have done in the past along with some info so someone can look into the groups if they desire to join one.

I wanted to update the old connection QR code background image. So, I added in silhouettes of people mingling and add bright letters that wrapped around the QR code.

Some people in the church didn't know that the outlines had been posted in the descriptions of every stream recording. I was asked to make an ad to spread awareness of it.

A service times and the name of the pastor for anyone rewatching the service online. Incase they want to attend in person. I wanted to use colors that wouldn't pull the attention away from the letters so I use the image to catch the attention of the eye and that will redirect them to the "service times" text.

A thumbnail I made for an announcement video on YouTube. The image not only shows what church its for, but also the service times for an eagle eyed viewer. This is the last image that plays in the video.

A thumbnail for a long running series at the church. We had a lot of guest speakers on Wednesday night, so I wanted to leave a space to show who was speaking and what the topic was.

A prototype thumbnail for the Questions & Answers series. This one never got used, but I used the graphic in the other thumbnails.

This is a custom lyric slide background. The song they wanted it for is a song called "Crowns Down" hence the falling crown.

A link to the churches yearly reading play for 2024. The text makes it feel like an old text or fairytale while the white glow gives it an angelic yet mysterious look.

A reminder of Spring forward. I used an alarm clock to make people think about sleep so they would one remember they were losing an hour, and two if they used alarm clocks instead of phones to adjust them.

A holding slide I made for NFWBC's Christmas Eve service. I also used this one to advertise the event. The only difference was I added a date and time to this.

A FaceBook ad for NFWBC's traditional service. They wanted something that looked like traditional worship, to try and appeal to someone looking for it.

A slide I made for a pro-life group called Embrace Grace. Embrace Life is part of Embrace Grace that sets up support groups for single moms. I added paint splotches to mimic the splotch on the Embrace Life logo.

A slide I made for a pro-life group called Embrace Grace. Embrace Life is part of Embrace Grace that sets up support groups for single moms. I added paint splotches to mimic the splotch on the Embrace Life logo, but on this one I added more color to catch people attention.

I added the "What not to do" and added the lighting to the letters so it would look like it was part of the original graphic. This was used for the messages thumbnail online.

The church wanted to ask its members to donate candy for an Easter egg hunt, but wanted to specify what kind of candy was ok. I made a list of candy that would not melt in out door heat, while making it resemble the fun colors or even shape of the candy. With a simple background of plastic eggs and candy on the ground.

The church had an Easter event that needed volunteers to help run, but I also wanted to convey what the event was to anyone who might want to bring their kids. I put several things like face painting, Easter eggs, and a bounce house. To show people what to expect.
